The 40-2HD replacement 4-inch casters include two (2) casters/brackets mounting hardware and instructions. They are for use on stepladders PT375 PT376 PT378 PT310 PT6005 PT6006 PT6008 PT6010 PT6304 PT6305 PT6306 PT6308 PT6310 PT7204 PT7205 PT7206 PT7208 PT7210 PT7400 series (mk 4 and higher). Two kits are required to replace the casters on all 4 legs. For factory installation order the 40-4HD caster/bracket kit.
