Description
This 3" x 30' red tie down strap with chain extension offers the same working load limit as a standard 4" ratchet strap but with a slimmer more manageable profile. The low-stretch polyester webbing provides strong reliable tensioning without the bulk making it easier to handle on busy job sites. Unlike cam straps the ratcheting mechanism doesn't rely on operator strength alone so you can dial in the precise amount of tension your load requires. Flat hooks connect to rub rails or trailer edges with a wide contact surface for even force distribution.
3" chain end tie down strap features
Industrial-grade webbing webbing is thicker than most competitors with more picks per inch.
Superior abrasion-resistance heat-sealed ends provide better resistance to abrasion tearing and cutting.
Heavy-duty 3/8" chain extension end hardware combines the strength of grade 70 transport chain with the softness of polyester webbing - use rub rails or stake pockets to tie down your cargo without risking damage to the strap's webbing. 18" long with a 3" d-ring and clevis grab hook for quick and secure connections.
Corrosion-resistant hardware the ratchet and chain extensions are both zinc-plated to resist rust.
Industry-compliant this 3 inch strap is tagged and stenciled with break strength and working load limit to meet fmcsa and DOT regulations cvsa and wstda guidelines and north american cargo securement standards. Learn more about proper load handling and securement in the wstda safety bulletins.
