Description
Ihppf is a rugged reliable highlevel tank and ibc (intermediate bulk container) liquid level alarm system. Specifically designed to help facilities prevent overfills and manage liquid inventory safely the ihppf series combines simplicity of installation with durable construction suited for harsh environments. Batterypowered highlevel warning device that detects when liquid in a tank or ibc rises above a predetermined threshold. Utilizing an internal float switch housed within a protective feed pipe the unit constantly monitors the liquid level; once the float actuates the alarm instantly delivers both audible and visual alerts - a bright flashing LED paired with a loud buzzer output (often around 103 db
2 ft) capable of cutting through industrial background noise. This dualalert design improves operator awareness and enhances safety by reducing the risk of spills environmental contamination and costly downtime due to overfill incidents.the batterypowered design is a key convenience of the ihppf. With no external wiring required the alarm can be installed quickly and relocated easily between containers as operational needs change.
The lithium battery is longlasting often rated to last for multiple years under normal use and a builtin test button allows maintenance personnel to periodically verify functionality without removing the alarm.construction materials are chosen for durability and chemical resistance.
