Description
The nerp series of electric chain hoists from harrington were designed using the latest technology and incorporating a push/pull trolley. The results are high quality low headroom full-featured hoists that provide daily reliable performance in both routine situations and severe working environments. Features include "the guardian" smart brake technology a current driven electromagnetic brake that does not release unless the motor is energized grade 80 nickel plated load chain count hour meter which records and displays the number of lowering starts and hoist on time 5 pocket load sheave to reduce vibration and extend chain life cooler motor and brake attributed to the fan cooled motor low profile upper and lower limit switches and plug in pendant and power supply cords.
Hoist are UL listed to UL 1340 built environmentally friendly meeting rohs requirements and exceed ASME H4 duty rating. All hoist are provided with test certificate verifying hoist has been factory load tested to 125 of rated capacity in accordance to ASME B30.16.
