Description
The Gizmo Engineering dhk-pp is a battery-powered high-level liquid alarm designed specifically for industrial drums. Con structed primarily from polypropylene it offers excellent chemical resistance for monitoring a wide range of liquids. This portable unit allows for quick transfers between drums without tools or wiring making it a flexible solution for preventing spills and overfills in warehouses and chemical storage areas.
Alert system when liquid rises above the internal float switch the unit triggers a bright flashing LED and a loud warbling buzzer rated at 103 db (comparable to a smoke alarm) to ensure notification in noisy environments. Adjustable depth the working depth is easily adjustable by hand-by loosening a thumbscrew and sliding the alarm to the desired level. Durability built for harsh conditions it is waterproof(IP65/NEMA 4X rated) corrosion-proof and lacks wetted metal parts.
Power it operates on a long-lasting lithium battery that can provide up to 10 years of shelf life or years of typical service. A built-in silencing button can pause the buzzer for 30 minutes though the LED will continue to flash as a reminder.
