Description
336 sq. Ft. Mezzanine with an 108" clearance features a gray diamond seal 3/4" tongue and groove resin deck with a 22-gauge type-b subfloor.
Underside of subfloor is painted white to maximize brightness. Mezzanine also includes 70 linear feet of handrail and 70 linear feet of kick plate 36" wide OSHA stairway and 4' x 4' top landing. 30 years warranty of manufacturer's defect.
